CHRISTMAS OPENING/DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note our offices close Friday 22nd December 2017 and re-open Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
If you require delivery of your spare part before Christmas your order must be placed no later then Thursday 14th December 2017 to guarantee your delivery.
We stock genuine Chicco spares only.
All of our spare parts and products are tested and conform to the required safety standards for sale in the UK.

What if I order the incorrect part?
You may return the items for an exchange for the correct part or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure your part is in an unused state or we will not be able to refund.
Return to the address provided on your packing note, however the cost of return will not be covered by ourselves.
We are not able to take responsibility for items that are returned to us that are 'lost' en route, please ensure you obtain a proof of dispatch so you will be able to pursue this with your carrier.
Lubricate the moving parts only if necessary, with a light application of a silicone based lubricant.
Regularly check the condition of the wheels and keep them clean from dust and sand. To avoid friction that may prevent correct operation of the stroller, make sure that all the movable plastic parts along the metal frame are clean from dust,dirt or sand. Keep the stroller in a dry place.
Please refer to your individual instructions and care labels with regards to cleaning of fabrics.
Periodically wipe clean plastic parts with a soft damp cloth. Always dry the metal parts to prevent the formation of rust if the stroller has come into contact with water.
